Applications for the $1 million Pfizer Australia Research Fellowship program close on Monday, July 28.

The Fellowship consists of $1 million over five years covering salary, operating costs and travel, and is awarded annually to two outstanding young biomedical scientists to support continuation of a project at an Australian university or research institute.

There are currently 11 Pfizer Fellows, including the Queensland Brain Institute's Rod Rietze, the Howard Florey's Anthony Hannon and this year's two recipients, Paul Gregorevic from the Baker Heart Institute and Paul Thomas from the University of Adelaide.
