The salted caramel protein puddings were only sold at Costco in NSW.

The chocolate protein puddings were sold at Coles in NSW and QLD, at independent food retailers including IGA and Harris Farm in NSW, and at IGA and Supabarn in the ACT.

“Food products containing glass fragments may cause illness/injury if consumed,” the Food Authority recall said.

“Consumers should not eat this product.

“Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice.

“Consumers should return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.”
